The Transaction
In November 2023, Arthur J. Gallagher Co. announced its acquisition of certain assets of Coverys Insurance Services. Based in East Lansing, Michigan, Coverys Insurance Services is a full-service insurance broker specializing in medical malpractice and professional liability for healthcare clients throughout Michigan.
