Abimbola (Abi) Adekoya is a Law Clerk in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. She focuses on corporate finance, due diligence for investment companies, corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance.

Abi is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Nigerian Bar Association Abimbola is a trustee of the Stop the Abuse Foundation, a member of Impact Fellows Nigeria, an alumnus of the Platform Young Professionals Bootcamp and an alumnus of the YALI Regional Leadership Centre (RLC) West Africa, Emerging Leaders Program.

Abi graduated with her LLM from University of Michigan Law School in 2022. She graduated from Nigerian Law School in 2017. Additionally, Abi received her Bachelors of Law from Lagos State University in 2015. Abi is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria.
