Miller Johnson Represents Young Supply Company in its Sale to Heritage Distribution Holdings
The Transaction
Announced in April 2024, Young Supply Company (“Young Supply”) sold to Heritage Distribution Holdings (“Heritage”), the U.S. platform for global HVACR wholesaler Beijer Ref. Young Supply is a wholesale commercial refrigeration and HVAC distributor serving contractors in the Midwestern United States and has grown to be Michigan and Northern Ohio’s premier refrigeration, heating, cooling, food service equipment, hydronic, and parts wholesaler.
