Miller Johnson Represents Kamps Inc. in Acquisition of Tritz Pallet, Inc.
The Transaction
Miller Johnson represented Michigan based pallet management company Kamps Inc. (Kamps) in the purchase of Tritz Pallet, Inc. (Tritz) of Le Mars, Iowa earlier this month. Tritz is a full-service wooden pallet solutions provider with seven locations across the Great Plains region of the United States. The acquisition expands Kamps physical footprint and builds upon Kamps core mission of providing best-in-class pallet solutions on a national scale.
With access to additional assets, inventory, and systems, Kamps’ acquisition of Tritz will provide customers from both organizations in the region with a superior experience. It also enables Kamps to now reach more supply chains directly with their customer-centric approach to pallet solutions. Tritz’s founder, Hank Tritz, and all 250 employees will be staying on-board.
