Eric Starck Selected to Crain’s 2024 Notable Leaders in Commercial Real Estate

Miller Johnson attorney Eric Starck has been selected to the Crain’s Grand Rapids Business 2024 Notable Leaders in Commercial real estate announced yesterday.

Eric Starck is a Member of the Firm and has been practicing law since 2001. Mr. Starck advises clients in all areas of real estate law, including the acquisition, construction, financing, leasing and disposition of real property. He advises clients on zoning, land use, environmental compliance and environmental due diligence issues. He works with corporations, developers, contractors, realtors and investors with site selection, evaluation, acquisition and leasing of real property for all types of project.

As part of his selection, Mr. Starck’s biggest professional win was highlighted.  Mr. Starck and Miller Johnson were instrumental in bringing the Studio Park development to life in downtown Grand Rapids. The multi-use attraction features a movie theater, hotel, housing, retail, restaurants and parking.
