ANGELA CAULLEY, AMANDA RAUH-BIERI, STEPHEN REAUME Elected to Membership at Miller Johnson

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. March 20, 2024 – Miller Johnson has elected Angela M. Caulley, Amanda L. Rauh-Bieri, and Stephen T. Reaume to its Membership. Caulley is a Probate and Estate Planning attorney and Rauh-Bieri is a Litigation attorney. Both practice from the firm’s Grand Rapids office. Reaume is a Mergers and Acquisitions/Corporate attorney in the firm’s Detroit office.

Angela Caulley concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. She works with clients to identify goals, analyze her clients’ personal and financial situations, and customize unique estate plans that best align with her clients’ needs. This includes the drafting of deeds, wills, trusts, prenuptial agreements, durable powers of attorney, and patient advocate designations. She was recognized as a 2024 Best Lawyer’s: Ones to Watch for Trusts and Estates and Litigation – Trusts and Estate; as well as a 2024 Up & Coming Lawyer by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. In 2023, Caulley was selected as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder, a program designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and her Bachelor’s degrees from Grand Valley State University.

Amanda Rauh-Bieri represents clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across Michigan. She has focused much of her practice in the appellate process, working on matters involving constitutional law, insurance, products liability, and complex commercial litigation. She has appeared before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit. Rauh-Bieri clerked for the Honorable Amy Coney Barrett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Honorable John M. Walker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She was recognized as a 2022 Top Lawyer, Appellate, in Grand Rapids Magazine and on the 2021 State Bar of Michigan Pro Bono Honor Roll. Rauh-Bieri earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, her Master’s, magna cum laude, from Duke University, and her Bachelor’s, magna cum laude, from Hope College.

Stephen Reaume represents private equity funds and privately held companies in complex buy and sell side stock and asset transactions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, reorganizations, and private equity investments. He has represented clients across manufacturing, financial advisory, healthcare, marine, and many other industries. He also works with clients on their business strategies including entity formation, corporate governance, shareholder agreements and other ownership agreements. Reaume was named as a 2024 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Wayne State University Law School and his Bachelor’s, summa cum laude, from DePaul University.
