Miller Johnson Represented Universal Traffic Service, Inc in Transfer to Employee Stock Ownership Plan
The Transaction
Universal Traffic Service, Inc. (UTS) has transferred all stock shares into an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). UTS, a provider of transportation management services, is now 100% owned by its employees.
