Miller Johnson represents ITPartners+ in the acquisition of Netrix IT
The Transaction
In July 2023, ITPartners, LLC (ITPartners+) completed the acquisition of Netrix Information Technologies, Inc. (Netrix IT), an IT managed service provider located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Acquiring Netrix IT strengthens and accelerates ITPartners+ presence in the IT sector as part of its long-term vision to offer a comprehensive suite of IT services to a wider array of partners across the United States.
