Experienced Labor and Employment Attorneys Leigh Schultz, Barbara Moore Join Miller Johnson
Leigh M. Schultz and Barbara A. Moore have joined Miller Johnson in the firm’s Kalamazoo, Michigan office. Schultz and Moore are experienced labor and employment attorneys focused on representing employers in traditional labor, workplace guidance, compliance matters, and employment litigation.

Leigh Schultz focuses her practice on labor and employment consultation and litigation. Ms. Schultz represents public and private sector employers on wide-ranging matters including defending labor and employment-related lawsuits and charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), wage and hour audits and Department of Labor (DOL) investigations, collective bargaining and arbitration of labor grievances, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, and assisting employers with investigations into workplace claims. She often provides training to employers and their employees to prevent issues from arising.

Barbara Moore is a labor and employment attorney concentrated on employment litigation and counsels clients on issues related to workplace policies, collective bargaining, employment agreements, claims of discrimination and mistreatment in the workplace, and wage and hour compliance. Ms. Moore proactively serves clients by advising on wage and hour matters, paid leave matters, and has developed specialty areas such as interpretation and application of medical and recreational marijuana statutes regarding workplace policies.
