Emily Palacios Joins Miller Johnson Real Estate Practice

Emily C. Palacios, one of Michigan’s leading attorneys in real property development and public law matters, has joined Miller Johnson in the firm’s Detroit office. Ms. Palacios represents clients in transactional and litigation matters involving real estate, land use, construction, government and election law, cannabis, and renewable energy. She was most recently Associate General Counsel at the University of Michigan.

Prior to private practice as an attorney, Ms. Palacios was Vice President and Planning Group Manager for Wade Trim. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. She also earned a Master of Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Urban Studies with high honors, from the University of Michigan.
