Bridget R. McConville
Bridget McConville is an Associate in the employment practice group where she counsels clients on employee-related matters and disputes.
Employment
Bridget works with employers on issues involving disabilities and accommodation, employee handbooks and personnel policies, employment discrimination, management and employee training, wage and hour, and workplace harassment.
She has experience with drafting motions, drafting pleadings, analyzing legal issues, and conducting legal research.
Traditional Labor
Bridget handles traditional labor work in both the private and public sectors. Her areas of expertise include collective bargaining, labor arbitration, unfair labor practice procedures, and more.
Professional Experience
Prior to working at Miller Johnson, Bridget was a Legal Intern with St. Joseph’s County Prosecutors office.
Education
In 2022 Bridget earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School. While in law school, she helped launch a criminal record expungement initiative that has helped hundreds of eligible people expunge their criminal records and earn back suspended drivers’ licenses. Bridget earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Politics from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2019. She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, was the recipient of the Excellence in Political Science Award, and was a member of the women’s lacrosse team.
