Kevin Battle Honored as “Up & Coming Lawyer” in Michigan

Kevin D. Battle has been selected as an “Up & Coming Lawyer” Class of 2021 in Michigan by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.

Mr. Battle is an immigration lawyer in Miller Johnson’s Employment and Labor practice. His practice focuses on employment based and business related immigration matters. Mr. Battle is experienced in assisting employers with H-1B visas for specialty occupations, TN visas for professionals, E visas based on U.S. Treaties and Trade Agreements, L-1 visas for intra-company transfers of managers and specialized knowledge workers, as well as employment based permanent resident filings. He also has significant experience both counseling clients on Form I-9 issues and conducting full-scale audits of Form I-9s. He has been practicing law since 2015.

The ”Up & Coming Lawyers” program honors Michigan lawyers who have established a name for themselves by displaying the ambition, drive and accomplishments that set them apart among their peers — in their first 10 years in practice.
