Brandon Griffith Joins Miller Johnson Intellectual Property Practice
Brandon Griffith has joined Miller Johnson as a Member in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group as the firm builds additional strength in protecting clients’ IP assets. Mr. Griffith comes to Miller Johnson from a large Detroit-based firm where he represented companies in the multifaceted landscapes of business and intellectual property strategy.
Mr. Griffith brings extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications, and advising clients in the transactional context of developing, using and owning technology and intellectual property in their relationships with third parties. He has handled a wide range of mechanical and electromechanical technologies, including medical devices, automotive components and control systems, industrial equipment, consumer electronics, and athletic equipment.

Prior to becoming an attorney eleven years ago, Mr. Griffith spent five years in various engineering and supply management roles with a large Tier 1 automotive supplier.
Mr. Griffith received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
