Mr. Quilter acts as a business counselor and confidant to business owners and entrepreneurs. He advises clients on business formation, operations and succession planning. He has represented clients in numerous merger and acquisition transactions. He also has a significant practice in estate planning for high net worth individuals and business owners.

Mr. Quilter is active in the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metropolitan Detroit Inc. and served on many boards of charitable and civic organizations. He has a long affiliation with the prestigious Detroit Athletic Club, having served as a board member, committee chair and president.

Mr. Quilter earned his juris doctor and a master of laws at Wayne State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
