Daniel G. Kielczewski is a Senior Counsel member in the firm’s Litigation practice group who specializes in commercial law, creditors’ rights, and complex business litigation matters.

Practice related activities

Mr. Kielczewski works with individuals and business entities in a wide range of commercial or business matters, including secured and unsecured creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial code claims, business torts, shareholder disputes, and construction litigation.

Mr. Kielczewski was admitted in 1989 to the Michigan Bar and the federal bar for the U.S. District Court-Eastern and Western districts of Michigan. He was admitted to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1997.

Mr. Kielczewski is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, and Michigan Bar Association
