Seth Guthrie is a Counsel attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group.

Practice related activities

Seth started his practice protecting software and user interface technologies in the United States and international jurisdictions as a Patent Prosecution Associate at Dentons US and later DLA Piper. At Miller Johnson he continues his work protecting a variety of technologies including computer hardware and software systems.

Seth earned his Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School in 2020. Seth earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University Provo with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2017.

Seth is admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
