Andrea Dalimonte is a Associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and employment disputes.

Andrea’s student Note, Confronting Battered Woman Syndrome in Iowa: Admissibility of Expert Testimony in the Compulsion Defense, was published by the University of Iowa’s Journal of Gender, Race & Justice in its Spring 2023 issue.

Education, Bar and Court Admissions, Clerkships

Andrea graduated with her juris doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2023. While in law school she served as Senior Managing Editor of the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice.

She received her B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from the University of Michigan in 2019.
