Nate Caverly is an Associate at Miller Johnson.  His areas of practice are business counsel and employee benefits and executive compensation.

Nate counsels business owners, benefits professionals and human resources personnel.  He is committed to communicating with clients in a timely and user-friendly manner as well as keeping them updated on the issues that matter to them.

Education

Nate received his law degree, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2023.  While in law school he served as Associate Editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review.  He received his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University in 2019. Nate worked in forensic accounting for a financial advisory firm before attending law school.
