She specializes in representing clients—ranging from small family businesses to multinational corporations—in workplace disputes, personnel policies, and management training. Additionally, she possesses significant expertise in fair housing law, chairs the firm’s FMLA/ADA Solutions practice group, and has extensive experience handling complex employment issues within the healthcare industry.

Rebecca Strauss

Rebecca  is an employment attorney and Member at Miller Johnson who provides practical legal counsel to manufacturers, healthcare providers, and public and private employers. Her practice focuses on compliance and preventive strategies regarding wage and hour laws, discrimination, and workplace harassment, while also robustly representing clients when litigation arises.
