Jeff Muth is a Member at Miller Johnson and co-chairs the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group. He represents clients in a wide variety of industries including automotive and manufacturing. He has helped client deal with ransomware attacks, hacking incidents and data breaches. Mr. Muth is particularly adept at making sure clients have the right cyber liability insurance that will provide them the coverage they need in the wake of a data breach or network security failure.
Timothy Gutwald is a Member at Miller Johnson and a member of the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group. He primarily represents health care providers such as hospitals, health systems, mental health providers and physician groups. Mr. Gutwald advises health care providers on how to respond to data breaches large and small and helps clients navigate the complexities created by HIPAA and state privacy laws.
Tripp VanderWal is an associate at Miller Johnson and a member of the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group. He focuses his work on employee benefits and executive compensation issues. He regularly advises clients on HIPAA compliance and counsels clients on how to prevent and respond to data breaches and cybersecurity incidents.
Jason Crow is an associate at Miller Johnson and a member of the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group and a Certified Information Privacy Professional. He has experience advising clients regarding all types of privacy and data security matters, including drafting policies and procedures, managing risk, and responding to data breaches and network security incidents.
