Yesterday late in the day, the Department of Labor (DOL) issued detailed guidance and regulations (124 pages) providing further definition and explanation to the FFCRA.  Our initial review is that it is mostly good news.  The guidance and regulations are consistent with what we had expected in all material respects.  Of course, there are a couple twists and turns, but fortunately they involve relatively minor issues.  We will have a webinar on Monday, April 6, where we discuss the guidance and regulations and highlight those few areas where the DOL took those unexpected twists and turns.
