Miller Johnson, one of Michigan’s largest, full service law firms with a national labor practice has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney in our traditional labor practice group.
Ideal candidates will have two to five years’ experience in advising and defending employers on traditional labor matters such as compliance with the National Labor Relations Act, support of collective bargaining, and defending unfair labor practice charges and related litigation. Candidates should also have some experience on advising employers on aspects of federal and state employment law including, but not limited to Title VII, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and equivalent state law matters. Excellent writing and communications skills are required as well as high academic credentials.
