Miller Johnson has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney in our employment practice group.
The successful candidate will have four to six years of experience in advising and defending employers regarding the intricacies of all aspects of federal and state employment laws including, but not limited to, Title VII, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and equivalent state law matters. Excellent writing and communications skills are required as well as high academic credentials.
