Rajala Joins Miller Johnson Estate Planning Group

Miller Johnson is pleased to welcome Teresa Rajala to the estate planning group. She will practice from the Kalamazoo office.

Ms. Rajala’s practice includes matters ranging from asset protection to charitable giving to continuity and succession. She has vast experience with drafting wills from the simple to the complex in addition to both revocable and irrevocable trusts.  She works in partnership with clients to realize their philanthropic goals through charitable trusts and private foundations.

Ms. Rajala was a vice president with PNC Wealth Management in Kalamazoo prior to joining Miller Johnson.  She is licensed to practice in Florida.

Ms. Rajala is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law (St. Petersburg, FL) where she was a member of the Stetson Law Review. She earned a LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida and served as a Graduate Editor of the Florida Tax Review.
