Before joining Miller Johnson, Plawinski served as Chief Operating Officer at Adamy Valuation, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, standardizing methodologies, and implementing frameworks that increased productivity and positioned the firm for expansion.
Prior to Adamy, Plawinski spent more than a decade at Ford Motor Company, where she built a strong foundation in corporate finance, process improvement, and strategic planning. Her experience in financial reporting and enterprise-wide initiatives honed her expertise in optimizing business operations and driving efficiency at scale.
Plawinski is deeply engaged in the West Michigan business community. She served as President of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Western Michigan and previously chaired the ACGWM Programming Committee. She is a past board member and strong supporter of the Family Business Alliance and currently serves on the East Grand Rapids Schools Foundation board. Passionate about leadership development, she has been involved in LeaderWork, Junior Achievement, and Hello West Michigan, while also mentoring emerging professionals
