Miller Johnson Welcomes Two New Associates to the Employment and Labor Practice Group
KALAMAZOO, MI – December 18, 2025 – Miller Johnson is pleased to welcome two new Associates to our Employment and Labor practice: Collin Goldsberry and Nathan Roon.
Goldsberry and Roon will counsel employers on a wide variety of issues related to employees, including accommodations, leaves of absence and other time off, employee handbooks and personnel policies, employment discrimination, management and employee training, wage and hour, and workplace harassment and retaliations. They will also assist clients with issues related to collective bargaining, labor arbitration, unfair labor practices, and more.

Collin Goldsberry earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2025. While in law school, Collin served as the Executive Editor for the Journal of Law and Health and worked as a Legal Extern at the University Hospitals Law Department in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in 2021.
Nathan Roon is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School where he earned his J.D. in 2025. While in Law School, he served as a senior editor on the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University where he studied Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy. He previously participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program.
Goldsberry will be based in the firm’s Kalamazoo office and Roon will be based in the firm’s Grand Rapids office.
