Miller Johnson Welcomes Jon Andersh to the Real Estate Practice Group
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. October 9, 2025 – Miller Johnson is pleased to welcome Jon Andersh as a member of the Real Estate practice group. Andersh brings a wealth of experience in real estate law, land use and zoning, and commercial services, serving clients across a broad spectrum of real estate matters.
Andersh advises clients on commercial real estate transactions and land use issues, with experience spanning industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and residential properties. His practice includes the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real estate assets; representation in land use and zoning matters; commercial leasing for landlords and tenants; and the preparation and analysis of condominium documentation.
Prior to joining Miller Johnson, Andersh practiced at a regional law firm where he represented developers, and investors in complex real estate and land use matters. Andersh also previously practiced at Miller Johnson from 2019-2021. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks make him a trusted advisor for clients navigating Michigan’s evolving real estate landscape.
Andersh holds a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and a B.A. from DePaul University.
