CHICAGO, IL – April 13, 2026 – Miller Johnson is pleased to welcome Jeffrey Catalano as a Member in the Intellectual Property practice group. Jeffrey joins the firm’s growing Chicago office.

Jeffrey brings nearly 20 years of experience handling high-stakes disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related commercial matters. He represents both rights holders and accused infringers in federal courts nationwide, as well as before arbitrators, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the International Trade Commission. Clients in the U.S. and abroad trust him with significant, high-value litigation and rely on his practical guidance throughout the process.
A seasoned IP litigator, Jeffrey has worked across a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and emerging technologies. He is known for his practical, candid approach and his ability to translate complex legal and technical issues into clear, compelling arguments that resonate with judges and juries.
Jeffrey earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. in International Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
