The Transaction
Miller Johnson represented Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in the acquisition of BRAINS (Behavioral Resources And Institute for Neuropsychological Services), a leading provider of pediatric behavioral health services based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The acquisition strengthens Pine Rest’s outpatient service offerings and expands its capacity to provide specialized services in assessment, counseling, and ABA therapy, while connecting families seamlessly to Pine Rest’s broader continuum of care.
