Miller Johnson Represents Ownership Change at Martin Waymire
Martin Waymire, a Lansing, Michigan public relations firm, announced this week the firm’s ownership will be transitioning as its current partners prepare for retirement. Roger Martin will retire at the end of this year and David Waymire will retire at the end of 2022. Vice Presidents Angela Minicuci, Andie Poole, and Josh Hovey will assume ownership of the firm starting January 1, 2022.

Founded in 2004, Martin Waymire has a long track record of effectively managing public relations, advocacy and issue campaigns for small to large corporations, coalitions and associations in industries and policy areas including health care, public health, utilities and energy, high tech, insurance, casino gaming, K-12 and higher education, public transportation, telecommunications, local, county and state governments, the beverage industry and more. The firm employs 14 full-time workers and three student practitioners.
Miller Johnson acted as legal advisor to the new owners in the transaction with Aimee Jachym taking the lead and Caitlin Farrell assisting.
