Concurrence Capital Holdings LLC (Concurrence) closed on its first deal with an investment in Mission Design & Automation LLC (Mission). Mission specializes in the design and manufacturing of highly complex automation solutions for the automotive, office furniture, medical and consumer goods industries, serving customers in North America. Mission has averaged annualized growth of 50 percent per year over the last few years.
Jason Byrd, co-founder and managing partner at Concurrence, said this transaction was a “true partnership consistent with our investment parameters.” Mr. Byrd also credits Miller Johnson with being “critical to Concurrence bringing this transaction to a successful closing.” Chemical Bank provided debt financing for the transaction, and BDO acted as accountant and tax advisor for Concurrence.
