In February 2026, Miller Johnson represented ChoiceSpine Holdings, Inc. (ChoiceSpine), and its subsidiaries, ChoiceSpine LLC and Knox Spine LLC, a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative spinal implant solutions, in its acquisition by Zavation Medical Products, LLC (Zavation), a rapidly growing spine‑technology company recognized for its commitment to clinical excellence and product innovation.
The transaction positions both organizations to broaden their product portfolios, enhance customer service capabilities, and accelerate market expansion across the U.S. Together the companies are better equipped to meet the rising demand for comprehensive, high-quality spinal solutions and provide expanded surgeon support. ChoiceSpine will continue operating under their existing brands and structures to ensure continuity for customers during this transition.
