In August 2026, Miller Johnson represented Auxo Investment Partners in its successful exit from its investment in Ferrovia through a sale to Secovia Capital.
Acquired by Auxo in November 2021 as part of its Genesis Rail Services platform, Ferrovia grew into the nation’s largest provider of railroad vegetation management services under Auxo’s ownership, leveraging Auxo’s value creation and portfolio company operations team coupled with a successful organic and acquisitive growth strategy.
The transaction delivers a strong return and liquidity for Auxo’s investors while providing significant capital for Genesis Rail Services to continue investing in and growing the business. Secovia Capital acquires a great business with a committed management team.
