On April 18, 2025, Miller Johnson represented Auxo Investment Partners in its acquisition of Bay Cast Inc.; Bay Cast Technologies, (represented by Warner Norcross + Judd). Auxo Investment Partners will continue to operate and grow the organization, maintaining its reputation as an industry leader of high-quality products and excellent customer service.
