Miller Johnson Represents Allied OMS Holdings in Structuring a Significant Minority Investment by 65 Equity Partners
The Transaction
In June 2025, Miller Johnson represented Allied OMS Holdings, a doctor-led management services organization (MSO) supporting leading oral and maxillofacial surgery practices across the United States, in obtaining a significant minority investment from 65 Equity Partners, a global investment firm committed to empowering family-owned businesses, founders, and entrepreneurs across the consumer, industrials, business services, healthcare and technology sectors. Everberg Capital, a private capital investment firm, participated as a co-investor in this strategic partnership.

This marks the first institutional capital raised by Allied OMS and represents a major milestone in the company’s growth journey. The investment will enable Allied OMS to further enhance its operational capabilities, expand its service offerings, and continue delivering exceptional support to its network of surgeons and their practices.
Miller Johnson acted as legal advisor to Allied OMS Holdings in the transaction.
