Miller Johnson Attorney Todd Holleman Honored as Detroit Bar Association Fellow

DETROIT, MI – November 14, 2025 – Miller Johnson is delighted to announce that Todd Holleman has been named a Fellow of the Detroit Bar Association (DBA). This prestigious recognition is awarded to members who have demonstrated a lifetime of achievement or exceptional service to the legal profession and the community. As a Fellow, Todd will continue to support the Association’s pro bono, education, and community service initiatives.

Todd is a member of Miller Johnson’s Litigation Section in Detroit. His practice is focused on commercial litigation and arbitration matters in state and federal courts in Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin.  He has significant experience in a variety of business disputes involving commercial contracts including automotive supplier disputes, shareholder disputes, sales commission disputes and securities disputes representing clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individuals.

Todd has been a dedicated member of the Detroit Bar Association throughout his 25-year career in the private sector. He has consistently supported DBA events and recently participated in the Detroit Legal Services Clinic at the Wayne County Circuit Court, where he found it deeply fulfilling to use his extensive legal experience to assist individuals in need and mentor younger attorneys.

Todd graduated with his Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from Wayne State University Law School. While in law school he served as Assistant Editor of the Wayne Law Review 1998 through 1999. Subsequently, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Marilyn Jean Kelly (Ret.) of the Michigan Supreme Court.  He is and has been active in leadership with the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association for well over a decade and is also a member of the Securities Industry Financial Markets Association.
