Jachym, Member at Miller Johnson and Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), has been recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as an “Influential Woman of Law” for 2026. This prestigious honor recognizes women attorneys for their outstanding achievements in the practice of law, commitment to their communities, service to the profession, and dedication to mentoring and advancing others.
Aimee is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and advising businesses ranging from startups to established organizations. Drawing on her background in business and international affairs, she serves as trusted counsel to local, national, and global clients, including privately held businesses, public institutions, financial professionals, and registered investment advisory firms throughout the United States.
