McNally Joins Miller Johnson Real Estate Practice

Ryan McNally has joined Miller Johnson as a Member of the Real Estate practice and serves clients from the firm’s Grand Rapids office. Mr. McNally has more than 20 years of experience representing owners on real property, corporate real estate and finance matters throughout the United States. He advises clients on operations, strategy, and risk. Mr. McNally oversees real estate transactions for many buyers, sellers, owners, developers, agricultural operators and lenders. He counsels on land use matters including zoning, planning, title, survey and environmental due diligence.

Mr. McNally was recognized as a Michigan SuperLawyers “Rising Star” in 2012. He is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors and both the Real Property Law and Business Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. McNally earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1998 and is licensed to practice in Michigan.
