Kristen Page Joins Miller Johnson’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group
Grand Rapids, MI – June 18, 2025 – Miller Johnson is pleased to announce that Kristen Page has joined the firm as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice group. Kristen brings a strong foundation in corporate law and a passion for guiding clients through complex transactions.
Kristen previously served as a Summer Associate at Miller Johnson, where she demonstrated exceptional legal acumen and a collaborative spirit. She earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she was recognized for her academic excellence and leadership.

Kristen will be based in the firm’s Grand Rapids office and will support clients across a range of industries in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
