Congratulations to Hillary Scholten!

Congratulations to our good friend and former colleague Hillary Scholten on her historic election to U.S. Congress. Hillary is the first Congresswoman to represent Grand Rapids, and only the second woman ever to represent West Michigan. Ruth Thompson, who was also a lawyer by trade, served from 1951 to 1957.

We are so proud of you, Hillary, and are excited for you to serve as the voice for West Michigan in the U.S. House of Representatives. We greatly valued your commitment to collaboration, equity and the Firm’s vision during your time at Miller Johnson, and we can’t wait to see what you are able to accomplish as our representative in Washington.
