Antuma, Austin and Greidanus Join Miller Johnson as Associates

Chad Antuma, Chelsea Austin and Mark Greidanus joined Miller Johnson as Associates.  They are all in the Grand Rapids office.

Chad Antuma is starting his litigation practice working with the healthcare reimbursement practice group.  He will work with healthcare clients including health systems and providers.  He will pursue improperly denied claims by enforcing state and federal laws requiring prompt payment of claims by third-party payers. Mr. Antuma earned his J.D. in 2019 from Michigan State University College of Law and his B.B.A. from Grand Valley State University in 2014.

Chelsea Austin is starting her practice in corporate law and will assist businesses with the legal issues that arise in their continuing operation as well as strategy for growth. Ms. Austin’s strengths in research and writing will be utilized in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, entity formation, licensing and other general business matters. Ms. Austin earned her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2019 and her B.A. from Michigan State University James Madison College in 2016.

Mark Greidanus is an Associate in the real estate group.  As he starts his practice, he will work on a variety of matters related to industrial, commercial, mixed use, and residential development.  This includes construction contracts, land use matters, and finance as well as sales, acquisitions and leases. Mr.  Greidanus received his J.D. magna cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2019 and his B.A. from Calvin College in 2014.
