Matt Van Dyk
Practice Chair
Matthew B. Van Dyk is chair of the firm’s Real Estate practices. He has practiced real estate law since 2004. Mr. Van Dyk represents the full range of clients involved in real estate – from individuals to developers, from architects to owners, from construction contractors to tenants.

Real Estate Practice Spotlight
Jacob Eccleston joined the firm as an Associate in the Real Estate practice in May. Jacob has been practicing law since 2019. He focuses his practice on real estate and municipal, planning, and zoning law.
Since joining the firm Jacob has already spoke at the State Bar Great Lakes Legal Conference and attended attended the 14th Annual Young Lawyers Summit presented by the State Bar of Michigan Young Lawyers Section.

Miller Johnson’s Renewable Energy service area has extensive experience working with clients on renewable energy matters involving the U.S. energy sector, counseling developers and merchant power providers. We experience is in connection with projects relating to solar and wind energy generation.
