Our clients appreciate our unwavering and creative advocacy.  Among opposing counsel and judges, we are known for our integrity and professionalism.

We represent major national and international corporations, local and regional businesses, and individuals in virtually all types of litigation including the following service areas:

We do not believe in litigation for litigation’s sake.

We proactively address our clients’ needs by planning for, and ideally avoiding, the challenges that may present themselves. We routinely advise clients on litigation avoidance and loss mitigation. Our decades of trial practice enable us to assess potential case outcomes and work with our clients to analyze the risks and cost of litigation.  By doing so, we empower our clients to define “success” in alignment with their budgets and overall business goals.

If a matter must be litigated, we are trial ready.  Large or small, complicated or seemingly simple – we stand ready to assist and provide our clients with peace of mind. We have the expertise and resources to provide excellent and cost-effective service through all phases of litigation, including appeal.

Our collaborative and nimble practice structure allows us to leverage the group wisdom of attorneys throughout the firm with one goal in mind – achieving the best possible results for our clients.
