President Trump has taken quick action to follow through on campaign promises of immigration reform. Miller Johnson’s immigration practice group leaders will provide a one hour webinar on expected immigration policy and procedure changes that will impact the business community. The discussion will include changes to the commonly used H and L visa classifications for highly skilled workers in the IT profession, engineers, physicians and other medical professionals. Proposed changes to investment based visa categories, NAFTA TN visa for nationals of Mexico and Canada, and a potential halt on employment based green cards will also be reviewed.
