This workshop will help familiarize new HR professionals to FMLA requirements, as well as provide more seasoned HR professionals with a refresher and update.
We will discuss/examine:

- serious health care definitions
- who is a family member
- leave for adult children
- paperwork and process requirements
- leave types
- strategies for intermittent leave
- electronic communications and social media
- the FMLA overlap with ADA accommodations

For your convenience, we are offering fixed pricing for each workshop, and incentive pricing to attendees of three or more workshops. The cost is $250 per workshop (one or two workshops) or $200 per workshop if you attend three or more workshops).
