OSHA’s COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard for Healthcare Employees
The OSHA ETS for healthcare employees was published on June 21. It’s effective immediately upon publication, and employers are required to comply with most of the provisions within 14 days. Sandy Andre and Sarah Willey will outline which employees are covered and your organization needs to do to comply with the specific requirements of the ETS.
