ADA issues continue to create challenges in the workplace. You need to be confident that you are handling ADA issues on a case-by-case basis in a legal and practical manner. This session will be interactive and cover topics including:
- Significant developments regarding leaves of absence as a reasonable accommodation;
- Reasonable accommodations and job performance;
- Mental health disabilities and reasonable accommodation;
- Best practices related to reasonable accommodation;
- Other timely complex and frustrating ADA issues.
