Game (Back) On! Urgent Update on the OSHA Vaccine or Testing Mandate

Friday evening, December 17, 2021, a court lifted the stay of the OSHA Vaccine Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). The ETS requires employers of 100+ employees to have their staff  provide proof of vaccination, or test weekly and mask.  In response, OSHA issued new compliance deadlines.
