SECURE Act 2.0 – What to Expect

In this webinar, Miller Johnson attorney Jeff Gray will cover the key features of this important retirement legislation that has bi-partisan support and is expected to pass yet this year. If passed, this legislation would build on the changes made in the original SECURE Act by further revising required minimum distributions, coverage for part-time employees, emergency savings, automatic enrollment, and contributions related to student loan repayments, among other things.
