he DOL recently published new guidelines regarding a plan sponsor’s fiduciary duty to locate missing participants in its retirement plan. This webinar will discuss the DOL guidelines and practical steps that a plan sponsor should take to comply. It also will discuss how compliance will assist in satisfying certain requirements under the Internal Revenue Code.

Please note: Last month we mentioned we would provide an update about COBRA Subsidy Guidance from the IRS. Currently the IRS hasn’t updated their guidance, so we are hoping to cover that in one of our COVID-19 Briefing Webinar Series as after the guidance has been released.
